These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Haiti Policy House, including its website, publications, newsletters, research products, subscription services, member services, data products, dashboards, webinars, virtual or in-person events, multimedia content, educational resources, and any other products, services, or digital platforms operated by Haiti Policy House (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, registering for, attending, downloading, or otherwise using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Haiti Policy House provides independent research, analysis, publications, educational programming, data products, events, and related informational services concerning Haiti and related policy issues.
Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
Haiti Policy House may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at its sole discretion.
1a. All sales are final
Membership fees, subscription payments, event registrations, publication purchases, donations, digital products, and any other payments made to Haiti Policy House are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be provided for partially used subscription periods, unused services, cancellations, missed events, promotional purchases, accidental purchases, or changes in membership benefits. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
2. No Professional Relationship
Your use of Haiti Policy House Services does not create:
an attorney-client relationship;
consultant-client relationship;
fiduciary relationship;
lobbying relationship;
advisory relationship;
agency relationship;
partnership;
joint venture; or
any other professional or contractual relationship beyond these Terms.
Participation in webinars, events, meetings, or communications with Haiti Policy House does not create any ongoing duty of representation or professional obligation.
3. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
All information, publications, research, commentary, presentations, webinars, data, visualizations, newsletters, and other materials produced or distributed by Haiti Policy House are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.
Nothing provided by Haiti Policy House constitutes or should be interpreted as:
legal advice;
financial advice;
investment advice;
accounting advice;
tax advice;
consulting services;
lobbying services;
government relations services;
public affairs representation;
strategic advisory services; or
professional advice of any kind.
Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting upon any information provided by Haiti Policy House.
4. Organizational Independence
Haiti Policy House is an independent, nonpartisan research organization.
Unless expressly authorized through a written agreement signed by Haiti Policy House, the organization does not represent, negotiate, advocate, lobby, or act on behalf of:

The views expressed in Haiti Policy House publications represent the independent research and analysis of Haiti Policy House or identified authors and should not be attributed to any government, institution, donor, or partner unless expressly stated.
5. No Warranty
All Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
Although Haiti Policy House strives for accuracy, timeliness, and reliability, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
