Rethinking Haiti’s Gangs: the Crossroads of Terrorism, Crime, and Political Power

  • Millie Harron is an Advisory Associate with Dragonfly Intelligence. She holds a Bachlors of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s in International Conflict Studies from King’s College London.

    She focused her studies on geopolitical security, violent non-state actors, and civil conflict. Millie has published on non-state armed actors and human security, with recent contributions including ‘The Revolutionary Forces of the G9 Family and Allies: Introducing a New Typology of Violent Actor’ and ‘Security and the Human Infrastructure’. She brings both field expertise and academic insight to her work, having spent eight months working abroad with law enforcement in complex environments.

    Millie is certified in Military Methods of Instruction, Leadership, and Intelligence Analysis. She has also received training in Crisis Management and Contemporary Approaches to Policing. Millie has three years of experience delivering training in these domains.
